IMEC Institute of Management is established in the year 2016 at Rudrapur (US Nagar), Uttarakhand under the aegis of “MOSHAL EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT TRUST“, New Delhi & is approved by A.I.C.T.E., Ministry of HRD, GOI.

The primary objective of establishing the institute is to provide quality education in the field of Business Management, which will prove to be meaningful to the students in enhancing their academic performance, career prospects and employability as a manager to the best.

IMEC Institute of Management is debuting to offer flagship program in Business Management i.e., PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management). PGDM is India’s one of the leading programs in the management which is industry-driven and is of 2 year duration (full-time).

The rationale behind setting up the institute in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand is to create & facilitate the awareness of this program in Northern India particularly in Kumaon region of the Uttarakhand and provide the benefit of gaining meaningful employment in the industry, which otherwise is limited to the students of big cities. Also, since this program is industry oriented, to make this program more meaningful and yielding, we take advantage of our location which is close to highly industrialized belt of Rudrapur , SIDCUL (hub of > 250 industrial units).

Our meticulously designed curriculum , which comprises of more than 80% learning & training modules, will help the students to gain knowledge about core business topics in areas which are important to the employers – including communication, problem solving, leadership and teamwork. Students, on the regular basis, will interact with the industries through internships, industrial visits, corporate guest lectures, workshops and project work which will greatly enhance their knowledge gained in the classroom.
