ABOUT TRUST & BOARD OF GOVERNORS
“Moshal Education & Development Trust” was established in 2011 by an eminent educationist (in the field of commerce & Management), a social activist & a philanthropist, Dr. B.S. Moshal, to escalate the socio-economic development of the Uttarakhand State. Since education plays a critical role in the socio-economic development of the state, the trust therefore established an Institute of higher education named as “Institute of Management Education & Consultancy- IMEC Institute of Management” in the year 2016 in Rudrapur (US Nagar, Uttarakhand) to impart not only the quality management education to the students but also promote the sense of civic responsibilities among them. Institute works on the philosophy “Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime. Laozi” The Board of Governors is composed of eight members who are the eminent & well experienced academicians. The Board will assist in formulating the basic policies & strategies to be used for accomplishing the objective of the trust.

SCIENTIST (United States) Dr. Karni S. Moshal is currently working as a Scientist in the United States. He has worked as a Instructor of Medicine at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, RI (USA). He received his Doctorate degree in Biomedical Sciences from Delhi University & did his postdoctoral training from Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, USA.

Prof. Chandra is serving as a VICE-CHANCELLOR, Maharaja Surajmal Brij University, Bharatpur, Rajasthan. He has been VICE CHANCELLOR, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi for six years (1999-2005) as well as the President of the Indian Chemical Society (2004-2006), Member, Planning Commission, Government of U.P., India and Secretary – Zaheer Science Foundation, New Delhi, Non-Official Director, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL). He is Professor of Chemistry at University of Delhi and a distinguished scientist; Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, London. Professor Chandra is a FOUNDER DIRECTOR of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Center for Biomedical Research, University of Delhi.

He was the Head of the Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics and the Dean of the Faculty of Commerce & Business , University of Delhi. He is Ex- Director of Corp Bank Homes Ltd , Corporation Bank as Government Nominee. Dr. Singh is the Founder member of Indian Financial Management Association and is also at present its Vice-President. He is M. Com., MIB, MHROD, M. Phil, Ph. D.

Udaya Pant work at International Consultant, Delhi. He has 33 years of experience in the Indian Civil Service and International Civil Service/consulting positions; dealing with Public Sector Management, Governance, Public Financial Management, Human Resources, Internal Controls & Audit, Systems Development, Transparency and Accountability, Training and Capacity Building; Gender issues, Infrastructure Development, Monitoring and Evaluations; etc. Has also worked in various positions in East Timor, Sri Lanka; and Afghanistan as International Advisor of UN, UNDP, Asian Development Bank; and UNDP respectively.
